YOUR RENTAL SPACE AND FURNISHINGS
Venue includes use of the event barn, tool shop, courtyard patio, corncrib, RV cottage and corn crib dressing areas, parking, and adjacent green space.
Includes tables and chairs to accommodate guests.
Includes a primary contact person prior to and the day of your event.
Special Event Liability Insurance is required.
All times include set-up and tear down.
Includes staff to set up tables and chairs, attend to bathrooms, and dispose of trash.
Events scheduled April 15th through November 1st.
Top of the Hill Farm staff are available year round to take your inquiries, and to schedule showings of the venue.
