YOUR RENTAL SPACE AND FURNISHINGS

• Venue includes use of the event barn, tool shop, courtyard patio, corncrib, RV cottage and corn crib dressing areas, parking, and adjacent green space.

• Includes tables and chairs to accommodate guests.

• Includes a primary contact person prior to and the day of your event.

• Special Event Liability Insurance is required.

• All times include set-up and tear down.

• Includes staff to set up tables and chairs, attend to bathrooms, and dispose of trash.

• Venue is closed November 1 - April 15 each year.
